Location: Haridwar, Uttarakhand

Department: Quality Assurance / Quality Control

Role Purpose

The Quality Technician is responsible for carrying out Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), sorting,

packing, and quality verification activities for spark plugs as per customer requirements while

ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Unpack bins containing received spark plugs and prepare materials for inspection.
Perform complete Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) of spark plugs as per customer specifications and

delivery requirements.
Identify, segregate, and report defective or non-conforming products.
Repack inspected materials into bins as per defined packing standards.
Record inspection findings accurately and maintain quality-related documentation.
Prepare and share daily PDI and inspection reports with stakeholders.
Provide sorting and containment support at customer locations whenever required.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, work instructions, and safety procedures.




Maintain housekeeping and proper handling of materials within the work area.
Support additional quality and operational activities assigned by the supervisor.

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree (Graduation) is mandatory. Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Production, or

Quality-related fields will be an added advantage.

Experience

1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Quality Inspection, PDI, Sorting, Manufacturing Quality, or

Automotive Components. Freshers are not eligible for this position.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work at customer locations based on business requirements.
