Required
Skills:
• Strong hands-on experience with IBM Sterling Integrator (SI) / IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
• Hands-on experience with Lightwell is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of EDI standards such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT, and XML.
• Experience supporting EDI transactions such as 850, 810, 856, 997, 940, 945, etc.
• Valuable knowledge of EDI mapping, translation, and data transformation.
• Solid understanding of communication protocols such as AS2, SFTP, FTP, FTPS, VAN, etc.
• Experience with inbound/outbound envelopes and file transfer processes.
• Strong experience in production support, incident management, problem management, and change management.
• Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.
• Basic SQL and Linux/Unix knowledge for troubleshooting.
• Solid analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
