About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Analyst
Cost Management to join the Finance department at IDFC First Bank. The Cost Management Team is dedicated to driving cost optimization initiatives and collaborating with various teams for end-to-end implementation. The role involves suggesting measures to improve process efficiencies and focusing on reducing the cost-to-income ratio. The ideal candidate will oversee the work of cost analysts and manage category-level analysis to identify prospects for cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
• Review and manage monthly trending reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance for decision-making.
• Identify, recommend, and implement cost optimization opportunities to enhance financial performance and efficiency.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, tracking, and reporting of expense categories, maintaining financial compliance.
• Collaborate with department heads to align cost optimization efforts with overall business objectives. Secondary Responsibilities




• Engage with various departments to understand systems and processes, including site visits to assess ground-level operations.
• Collect and analyze comprehensive data through stakeholder engagement.
• Review end-to-end business processes with business and support teams, suggesting measures to improve efficiencies.
• Conduct granular level analysis of expense categories and explore potential cost optimization initiatives. What We Are Looking For Education
• Graduation: B.
Com
• Post-graduation: MBA.
• Skilled Qualification/Certification: CA / CFA. Experience
• 7+ years of relevant experience. Skills and Attributes
