Heads sales: strategy, channel partner networks and revenue on projects with a sales mandate. Builds Olivegrove's presence with brokers and buyers, and turns inventory into bookings and collections.

What you'll do




Lead sales strategy and execution on mandated projects
Build a RERA-registered channel partner network across the MMR
Shape pricing, positioning and collateral with the CEO
Drive institutional, bulk, investor and NRI sales
Report monthly on inventory, bookings and collections

What you bring
12–15 years in MMR residential sales, including sales leadership
A robust channel partner network across Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai
Developer-side or development-management sales experience; MBA Marketing or equivalent

How we'll measure success
Monthly bookings against target
Lead-to-booking conversion
Collections against the demand schedule
