Job Title: Sales & Customer Relationship Executive

Working Hours: 10 AM – 8 PM

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Customer Relationship Executive with robust English communication skills and a proven track record in telesales, customer service, and CRM management to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound telesales calls to promote products and generate new business opportunities.
Manage end-to-end customer service — from initial contact to post-sale follow-up — ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
Convert leads into sales by effectively demonstrating product value and addressing objections.
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) to log interactions, track leads, and maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.




Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service issues promptly and empathetically.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, logistics, and inventory) to ensure timely order fulfillment and issue resolution.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to boost average order value and customer lifetime value.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or CRM-based roles.
Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a quick-paced environment.
Strong proficiency in CRM software and MS Excel for data entry, reporting, and analysis.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to engage customers professionally and persuasively.
Strong negotiation, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a performance-oriented workplace.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
