Job Description – Digital Marketing Intern

Internship Duration: 6 Months

About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Intern who is enthusiastic about digital marketing, social media, and content creation. The candidate will work closely with the marketing team and gain hands-on experience in managing digital channels, creating content, and supporting online marketing initiatives.

Upon successful completion of the 6-month internship, the candidate may be considered for a full-time chance based on performance and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing digital marketing activities.
Manage and update the company's LinkedIn page and other social media platforms.
Create and publish engaging content for LinkedIn and other digital channels.
Support content creation, including posts, creatives, blogs, and basic marketing materials.
Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and relevant topics.
Assist with LinkedIn engagement, including monitoring comments, interactions, and relevant industry conversations.




Support lead generation and other digital marketing campaigns.
Track basic social media and campaign performance metrics.
Assist in maintaining content calendars and ensuring timely posting.
Collaborate with the HR, sales, and business teams for content and marketing requirements.

Required Skills

Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing.
Working knowledge of LinkedIn is mandatory.
Positive written and verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of content creation and social media management.
Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools will be an advantage.
Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, or digital advertising is an added advantage.
Good research and analytical skills.
Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.

Eligibility

Last Semester/Freshers / recent graduates from Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, BSC IT, BCA or related fields.
Candidates with relevant digital marketing certifications or projects will be preferred.
Candidates should be available for the complete 6-month internship.
