We are hiring for the role of Tele-callers for ASG Eye Hospital. This will be a in office role based at Gurgaon. Role &

Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls from patients regarding appointments and queries.
• Make outbound follow-up calls to patients.
• Help patients with appointment booking, rescheduling, and basic information.
• Understand patient requirements and provide the right assistance.
• Maintain basic call details and follow the defined process.
• Coordinate with the relevant internal teams whenever required. Requirements
• Valuable communication skills in Hindi / English
• Bengali speaking will be added advantage
• Candidates with min 6 months to 3 years of experience in handling inbound and outbound calls will be preferred.
• Comfortable speaking with patients over the phone.
• Positive listening skills and a polite, patient attitude.
• Comfortable working in flexible shifts & 6 days working with rotational off

Education:
Graduation is must Candidates residing in and around Gurgaon will be preferred.
