Key Responsibilities
Business Analyst
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Bancassurance application enhancements.
• Prepare BRD, FRS, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Liaise with business users, insurance partners, operations teams, developers, and testers.
• Support requirement walkthroughs, UAT planning, and defect triage discussions.
• Analyze Life Insurance and General Insurance onboarding journeys and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance, regulatory, and business requirements are adequately addressed. Required Skills & Experience
• Experience in Banking, Insurance, or Bancassurance domain.
• Solid requirement gathering and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of Life Insurance and General Insurance processes.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum projects.
• Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
