1.A minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in the retail industry.
2.Previous experience as a Team Lead in a retail business or a explicit potential to lead and guide a team effectively.
3.Excellent communication skills to interact with both customers and the team.
4.Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency with MS Office.
5.Prior experience in customer-facing roles, either in-person or over the phone.
6.Demonstrated experience in team management.
7.Relevant background in sales and the ability to close orders.
