Job Description:
Global Banking (Primary Focus)
1
Profiles Needed:
Robust Internal Audit/ Risk Management experience
Experience with global banks or consulting firms (Big Four, Big Six,
Protiviti, GT, BDO)
Exposure to banks like Morgan Stanley, Citi, Deutsche Bank, JPMC,
Bank of America, Wells Fargo
Preferred Candidates:
Already on notice period or with short notice
Experience in risk and controls, Controls design and development,
control monitoring and assessment, assurance reviews, internal audit
2. Domestic Bank Profiles (Limited Acceptance)
Only Indian banks (e.g., ICICI, Yes Bank) with global operations
Must have experience in Banking
PSUs, national, and regional banks are not preferred
Last time, 60% of domestic profiles were rejected quality over quantity
emphasized
