ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a driven, hands-on Business Development Manager with solid software sales
experience and excellent communication skills. This role is built for a proactive sales professional with a verifiable track record of sourcing leads, selling custom software solutions, and engaging directly with key decision-makers.
You will take complete ownership of the full sales lifecycle—from initiating targeted outbound prospecting and conducting discovery sessions to scoping, presenting proposals, negotiating commercial terms, and successfully closing deals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Full-Cycle Deal Ownership: Manage the end-to-end sales process. Build pipeline momentum,
skillfully overcome objections, negotiate commercial terms, and drive engagements through to final
contract execution.
Targeted Account Outreach & Sourcing: Actively identify target accounts, source recent business
opportunities, and craft tailored outreach strategies.



Connect directly and build relationships with key
decision-makers, including CXOs, Founders, and Business Owners.
Consultative Software Selling: Lead comprehensive discovery sessions to accurately diagnose client
business pain points. Position and sell custom-built software, web/mobile applications, complex system
integrations, and AI-enabled solutions (focused on custom services and tailored solutions).Technical Coordination & Collaboration: Work seamlessly with internal technical teams and solution
architects to finalize exact Scopes of Work (SOWs), ensure architecture fitment, and develop
accurate commercial proposals.
Pipeline Hygiene & Discipline: Maintain rigorous reporting standards within the CRM. Ensure
meticulous lead tracking and execute persistent follow-up workflows to maximize conversion rates.
