Coordinate with customers, brokers, and internal teams.
Manage Insurance cases from login to issuance.
Maintain MIS, follow up on pending cases, and achieve business targets. Performance Criteria

Business target achievement and partner acquisition.
Timely case processing, follow-ups, and MIS reporting. Required Skills
