Ticketing Executive

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)

Experience: 2–3 Years of experience in airline ticketing or travel agency operations.

Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month

Responsibilities
Handle flight reservations, ticket issuance, and booking management.
Process ticket reissuance, cancellations, and refunds.
Use Amadeus and Galileo reservation systems for flight bookings and fare enquiries.
Assist customers with itinerary changes, ticket modifications, and travel-related queries.
Coordinate with airlines, travel agents, and customers to ensure smooth ticketing operations.
Maintain accurate booking records and ensure timely completion of ticketing tasks.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
2–3 years of experience in airline ticketing or travel agency operations.
Hands-on experience with Amadeus and Galileo reservation systems.
Knowledge of ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refund procedures.
Valuable communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Robust attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple bookings efficiently.
