Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
• Industry know how
• Knowledge of various commodities to understand trends in the market like, Paints, NVH, Adhesives, Sealant etc.
• Basic knowledge of Paints, technical background of Panits will also do.
Paint, NVH & Sealant supplier industry, mfg. processes
• Industry study, Product study, Technologies and Trends, Spend analysis, Design and cost drivers, M&M; Business needs, Strategy Options, Strategy recommendations and approval
• Cost Management –
• Knowledge of Paint, chemicals & NVH formulations and technical details about the same
• Negotiation, alternate sourcing, localization, VAVE
• Capacity Management
Detailed capacity analysis, Gap analysis and action planning and effective execution
• Supplier Management -Onsite supplier assessments, identification of Gaps, action planning and monitoring,



Lead Discussion and Negotiations
• Adherence to Statutory requirement for Audit
• Legal knowledge is added advantage Preferred Industries Automobile Farm Sector Education Qualification B.
Tech
Paint Technology, or Chemicals Engineering or equivalent degree.
