Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad

Salary: 12,000/ -14,000/-month + Incentives

Shift: Day Shift

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Sunday: Fixed Off

Job Type: Full-Time | Work from Office

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Any Graduate / Undergraduate/ post grauates

• Good English communication skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Willingness to work in a target-driven workplace.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

• Conduct HR telephonic interviews.

• Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews.

• Follow up with candidates until they join.

• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.





• Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets.

• Build a solid candidate pipeline.

Training & Probation Note:

• Training and probation period: 3 months.

• Candidates who achieve at least 50% of the assigned recruitment target during the probation period will be eligible for a salary revision to 14,000/month from the 4th month onward, subject to performance review.
