Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Governance & Secretarial Compliance
Legal Advisory, Contract Management & Litigation
ROC/MCA Filings & Regulatory Compliance
Legal Risk Management & Management Reporting
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualified Company Secretary (CS) and Bachelor of Laws (LLB).
12–15 years of relevant experience in company secretarial, corporate legal, and compliance functions.
Experience in a textile, manufacturing, or industrial organization is strongly preferred.
Solid knowledge of the Companies Act, corporate governance, statutory filings, and legal documentation.
Proven experience in contract drafting, vetting, negotiation, litigation management, and regulatory liaisoning.
