What you'll do
Clinical
Lead and mentor the physiotherapy team across all branches
Maintain treatment standards and run in-house training
Handle complex orthopaedic and sports cases
Operations
Manage staff schedules and coverage across 3 branches
Track clinic performance: patient flow, retention, conversions
Handle patient escalations and feedback
Coordinate with the marketing and admin teams
Requirements
BPT + MPT (Ortho/Sports preferred)
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience
Experience leading or supervising a team
Very positive communication skills: confident with patients, staff and management
Fluent in English, Hindi and Kannada
Able to make decisions independently
Immediate joiners preferred
