Job Description

Embrish Academy is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller to promote our training programmes, connect with prospective students, and generate admissions. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert enquiries into course registrations.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on course enquiries.
Explain academy courses, fees, duration, certifications, and career opportunities.
Generate leads and convert prospective students into admissions.
Follow up with interested candidates through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain daily call records, lead details, and follow-up reports.
Achieve monthly sales and admission targets.
Handle student queries professionally and build positive relationships.
Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams.
Update lead information and sales progress in Excel or the academy's CRM.

Requirements




Good communication and convincing skills.
Fluency in Malayalam; basic English communication is preferred.
Ability to handle sales calls and follow-ups confidently.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented approach.
Previous experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or educational counselling is an advantage.
