Role Summary:

The Finance Faculty will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, research, and academic support in the field of finance. The role includes curriculum development, student mentoring, research publication, and participation in academic and institutional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Teaching & Academic Delivery
Deliver finance courses such as:
Financial Management
Business Setting
Entrepreneurship
Develop and update course content, case studies, and teaching materials with current financial practices and market trends.
Use cutting-edge teaching methods, including simulations, digital tools, and blended learning models.
Engage students with real-world applications of finance through projects, presentations, and case discussions.

Research & Publication
Conduct research in finance-related areas such as capital markets, fintech, risk management, or behavioral finance.
Publish in peer-reviewed journals and present at academic conferences.




Encourage and guide student research, publications, and finance-related competitions.

Student Mentorship
Mentor students for internships, industry projects, and career pathways in finance.

Curriculum Development
Contribute to designing and updating finance curriculum.

Institutional Participation
Serve on academic committees such as admission panels, placement cells, and research boards.

Assessment & Evaluation
