ShikshaRatna Career Institute is looking for a motivated and student-friendly Counsellor to guide students and parents regarding academic programs, competitive exam preparation, and admission procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents regarding IIT-JEE, NEET, Commerce, and Foundation courses.
Handle admission inquiries through phone calls, walk-ins, and WhatsApp.
Explain course details, fee structure, scholarships (if applicable), and admission procedures.
Follow up with prospective students and parents to convert inquiries into admissions.
Maintain student inquiry records and update admission data regularly.
Build positive relationships with students and parents.
Support admission campaigns and promotional activities.

Requirements:




Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust convincing and student-handling abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Prior experience in counselling, admissions, or sales will be preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Preferred Candidate: A confident, responsible, and target-oriented individual who is passionate about helping students choose the right academic path.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
