Job Summary

Catalyst Education is looking for an experienced Assistant Sales Manager with mandatory EdTech industry experience to manage sales operations, lead the sales team, and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise BDMs, BDAs, and other sales team members.
Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue growth.
Monitor team performance, lead conversion, and sales productivity.
Manage CRM activities, sales pipelines, and daily performance reports.
Develop strategies to improve student enrolments and course sales.
Train, guide, and motivate team members to achieve targets.




Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to improve conversions.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of sales experience, with mandatory EdTech industry experience.
Proven experience in sales team management and target achievement.
Solid leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with CRM tools, sales reporting, and pipeline management.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
Malayalam proficiency preferred.

Mandatory: Candidates without EdTech industry experience will not be considered.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
