Education : DME / BE

Experience : 8 to 12 years .
engineering purchase knowledge machine shop industry( casting / CNC & VMC machine shop)

Responsibilities:

Vertical Responsibilities:
Ensure capacity availability at suppliers for casting parts.
Costing, Price calculation, Cost reductions & negotiations with suppliers
Knowledge of casting/painting/machining process
Forecasting of production/SPD requirement as per business plan for building capacity
Handling of internal cost audits & self-audits
Knowledge of basic quality requirement for casting & machining

Horizontal Responsibilities:

Technical/ Functional:
Knowledge of various costing process
Should have basic knowledge of CNC, VMC & HMC machining




Should have knowledge of TPM & 16 basic losses
Should have knowledge of procurement of cutting tools for different sources to optimize the cost.
Basic understanding of Aluminium & ferrous casting process
Basic understanding of surface treatment processes (powder coating & paint

Work

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹57,000.00 per month
