Job description:
Plan and educate patients and their caregivers on the merits of following an appropriate diet to support the cancer treatment the patient is going though.
Plan and prepare diet charts as per patient condition and requirement.
Guide patients and caregivers on recording their dietary intake and activities on a regular basis to help track patient recovery progress.
Use effective counselling techniques to guide patients who are unable to follow suggested diet plans and suggest an alternate course of action after approval from the senior dietician.
Should be a team player with a positive attitude, willing to work on extended hours in case of emergency and flexible to travel as per requirement.
Stay updated with current nutritional science research and trends and participate in community health programs and outreach initiatives.

Qualification:




Experience in nutrition for critical care patients. Experience in cancer nutrition is an advantage.
Experience in a clinical setting, such as a hospital or healthcare facility.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient education and collaboration with doctors and other medical staff to support patient conditions.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise workload. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Robust understanding of nutritional science and dietary guidelines.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to healthcare.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
