Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee property operations, manage tenants, coordinate maintenance, and ensure smooth day-to-day management of real estate properties.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of residential and commercial properties.
Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, agreements, and renewals.
Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
Monitor rental collections, outstanding payments, and property expenses.
Maintain property records, documentation, and reports.
Coordinate with owners, vendors,



contractors, and tenants.
Ensure properties comply with applicable rules and regulations.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
3–7 years of experience in property or facility management.
Valuable communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of rental agreements and property documentation.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
