Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior CRM who can manage customer communication, order coordination, dispatch follow-ups, and after-sales support while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and smooth coordination between Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Accounts.

Key Responsibilities
Manage customer orders from confirmation to successful delivery.
Handle customer complaints, and issue resolution professionally.
Track order status and provide regular updates to customers.
Maintain accurate customer data, order history, and follow-up reports in Excel/ERP.
Ensure timely collection follow-ups in coordination with the Accounts team.




Build long-term relationships with key customers through proactive communication.
Generate daily and weekly MIS reports for management.

Job Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
3–5 years of CRM, Customer Support, Order Coordination, or Back Office experience in a manufacturing company (Textile/Elastic Tape experience preferred).
Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi .
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/CRM software.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
