Role Description The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities to support employees and business operations. This full-time role is in office and based in Thane. Key responsibilities include handling end-to-end HR operations, maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures. The role also involves addressing employee queries, supporting employee engagement initiatives,



coordinating performance management processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and company standards. The Human Resources Executive will collaborate with management and team leads to foster a fair, inclusive, and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals such as Shine and other recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates for insurance-sector positions.
Contact candidates over the phone and explain job roles, salary packages, and job requirements.
Recruit candidates for various insurance roles, including Sales Managers (SM), Field Leaders (FL), and other sales-related positions.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with shortlisted candidates.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and Excel records.
Guide candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process.
Achieve recruitment targets within the given timelines.
