Member Onboarding:
o Identify and onboard prospective women members through village surveys and
meetings.
o Conduct Compulsory Group Training (CGT) and organize Group Recognition Tests
(GRT) for loan approval.
Loan Processing:
o Complete all loan documentation, including KYC, as per company policies.
o Ensure timely disbursement of loans after GRT approval.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
