We are looking for a skilled Power BI / Power Platform Analyst with experience in data analysis, dashboard development, automation, and executive reporting. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and advanced Excel to transform business data into actionable insights and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business decision-making.
Build and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Apps to streamline business processes.
Design automated workflows using Power Automate to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency.
Perform data analysis, data validation, and data cleansing using Excel and other relevant tools.
Prepare executive-level reports, KPI dashboards, and management presentations.




Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders and translate business needs into analytical solutions.
Integrate data from multiple sources and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.

Required Skills
Solid experience in Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, lookup functions, and data analysis.
Experience in dashboard development, KPI tracking, and executive reporting.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
Positive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of SQL, DAX, Power Query, and data modelling is an added advantage.
