We are looking for an experienced Client Servicing Manager to manage client relationships, understand project requirements, coordinate with internal teams and ensure timely execution and delivery of client projects.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the Sales, Design, Production and Installation teams.
Handle client enquiries, quotations, orders and project-related communication.
Prepare and share quotations and commercial proposals with clients.
Follow up with clients regarding orders, approvals, payments and project status.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure projects are completed as per client requirements and timelines.
Keep clients updated about project progress, delivery and installation schedules.
Handle client complaints, queries and resolve issues in coordination with the concerned departments.
Conduct regular follow-ups for repeat business and current project opportunities.




Maintain proper records of client communications, orders and project status.
Coordinate site visits and client meetings whenever required.
Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.
Prepare regular reports regarding client accounts, orders and business status.

Required Skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
