We are hiring Planning Engineers for a construction company in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidates will be responsible for planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting construction project progress to support timely project completion and efficient resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare, develop, and update construction project schedules and work plans.
Monitor project progress against approved schedules and planned milestones.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and other project teams.
Track manpower, materials, equipment, and other resources required for project activities.
Identify project delays, scheduling conflicts, and potential risks.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports as required.
Assist in developing recovery plans to address delays and maintain project timelines.
Monitor project milestones and ensure activities are completed according to project requirements.
Maintain accurate planning records, progress updates, and project documentation.
Support project teams in achieving timely and productive project execution.

Requirements




Relevant experience in construction project planning and scheduling.
UAE experience in building construction is preferred.
Valuable coordination, organizational, and time-management skills.
Ability to monitor project progress and prepare reports.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to coordinate with site teams and subcontractors.
Candidates must be below 40 years of age.
Candidates from India and Nepal are preferred.

Salary and Benefits
