We’re looking for an organised, hands-on person to manage our online order operations and coordinate day-to-day production.

Responsibilities
Track online orders from receipt through packing and dispatch.
Prepare production plans based on orders, demand forecasts and available capacity.
Forecast product requirements and help maintain accurate stock records.
Coordinate with production teams and manage daily labour allocation.
Monitor order status, production progress and dispatch timelines.
Flag stock shortages, delays and other operational issues early.

What we’re looking for
Experience in e-commerce operations, production planning, inventory or manufacturing.
Solid coordination and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets; experience with inventory or order-management software is a plus.
Able to communicate clearly with workers, vendors and internal teams.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
