Responsibility

Responsible for the design, development, and continuous improvement of products, ensuring alignment with customer requirements

Translate customer requirements into product specifications, ensuring the selected product/model meets technical, functional, quality, and commercial expectations.

Prepare and review Bill of Materials (BOM), component specifications, and engineering documentation to support smooth and productive production.

Prepare part / component for manufacturing and assembly inline with the established process Identify and implement process improvements, cycle-time reductions, Lean Manufacturing initiatives, andwaste elimination activities.

Evaluate and improve machining processes, job-work activities and manufacturing methods to ensure effective product execution.

Understand production capabilities and coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure factory capacity ,equipment capability, and test infrastructure meet product requirements.

Review Engineering Change Notes (ECNs) and drive appropriate corrective and implementation actionsto ensure changes are effectively incorporated into production.





Troubleshoot manufacturing and product-related issues and implement root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

Work closely with production teams to ensure proper understanding and execution of manufacturingprocesses, work instructions, and product specifications.

Act as a technical bridge between Product Management, Design, Proposal, Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of product-related issues.
