Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Junior Supervisor to manage daily operations, coordinate with field staff, and ensure smooth workflow. Candidates from any industry with experience in supervision, logistics, warehouse, or field operations are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities.

Manage and guide field staff and workers.

Ensure tasks are completed on time and as per company standards.

Coordinate with team members and other departments.

Monitor work quality and employee performance.

Maintain daily reports and operational records.

Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company policies.

Resolve basic operational issues and escalate concerns to senior management.





Assist with manpower planning and resource allocation.

Requirements

1–3 years of relevant experience in any industry.

Experience in team handling, field operations, logistics, or warehouse operations is preferred.

Positive communication and coordination skills.

Ability to manage daily activities and work under pressure.

Willingness to travel locally as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
