Job Title: Billing Engineer – Construction

Job Location: Belapur, Navi Mumbai.

Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification: Diploma / BE in Civil Engineering

Job Description:
Prepare client bills, running account (RA) bills, and final bills.
Prepare contractor bills and subcontractor bills.
Check measurements and quantities as per drawings and BOQ.
Prepare quantity estimation and billing statements.
Verify site measurements and coordinate with site engineers.
Prepare and maintain measurement books (MB) and billing records.
Check BOQ items, rates, and quantities.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and the project team.
Maintain billing documents and supporting records.
Assist in preparing variations, extra item bills, and reconciliation statements.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of construction billing and estimation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
Knowledge of BOQ, RA bills, and quantity calculations.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
