About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development & Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales for our SaaS product. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to understand customer needs and convert opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities

● Identify and generate current sales opportunities through calls, emails, social media, and other channels.

● Connect with prospective customers, understand their requirements, and present suitable SaaS solutions.

● Conduct product demos and explain key features, benefits, and use cases.

● Follow up with leads and prospects throughout the sales cycle.

● Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers.

● Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

● Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.

● Work closely with the marketing and product teams to improve lead conversion and customer experience. Requirements

● 6 Months – 1 Year of experience in sales, business development,



or a similar role.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Robust interpersonal and negotiation skills.

● Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

● Ability to understand and explain software/SaaS products.

● Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated approach.

● Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales processes will be an advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
