Job Overview

We are looking for confident, dynamic, and target-oriented Sales Executives to join our Real Estate Sales Team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling clients, promoting real estate projects, conducting site visits, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calling, references, and other sources.
Handle customer inquiries regarding commercial and residential real estate projects.
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, location advantages, and investment benefits.
Schedule client meetings and property site visits.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
Maintain daily calling reports, lead records, and sales reports.
Build robust relationships with clients and channel partners.
Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by management.
Coordinate with the sales team to close deals.





Candidate Requirements
1–3 years of sales experience preferred.
Real estate sales experience will be an advantage.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply.

Salary & Benefits
Fixed Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month
