Key Responsibilities:

Create and process sales quotes in Salesforce CPQ, including new quotes, amendments, and renewal quotes.

Process approximately 75+ specialty orders per month, each requiring an estimated 1 4 hours of hands-on work.

Convert a backlog of roughly 150 prior orders into the recent CPQ order format over the course of the engagement.

Perform margin analysis in Microsoft Excel to support Sales and Finance decision-making.

Process order corrections within Salesforce CPQ, including replacing an incorrect order with a corrected one under controlled, fully audited override privileges. Scope is limited to CPQ; no upstream system access.

Prepare and review contract and order documentation using Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Use Atlassian Jira to receive incoming work requests, log approvals and contract changes, and coordinate interdepartmental communications with Sales, Finance, and Order Management.

Maintain a clean,



complete audit trail for every order correction and override performed.

Collaborate daily with the U.S. and U.K.-based Sales team, as well as the Deal Desk and Order Operations teams, during U.S. business hours.

Required Qualifications:

2 3 years of experience in Deal Desk, Order Operations, or a related Sales/Revenue Operations function.

Strong, hands-on proficiency with Salesforce CPQ quoting and order processing experience required. Certification is not required for this role, but is desired.

Solid proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including margin/financial analysis.

Strong proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Working proficiency with Atlassian Jira.

Solid English language skills, written and verbal required for daily collaboration with the global team.
