Job Summary

We are looking for a Front Office Executive to manage client interactions, appointments, billing, and day-to-day front-office operations while ensuring an excellent client experience.

Roles & Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients with a warm and skilled approach.
Handle walk-in, phone, and WhatsApp enquiries.
Manage client appointments, rescheduling, and follow-ups.
Explain VeCura Wellness services and packages to clients.
Maintain accurate client records, registrations, and reports.
Handle billing, payments, and daily collection records.
Coordinate with therapists and the branch team for smooth operations.
Address basic client queries and escalate concerns when required.
Maintain a clean, organized,



and qualified reception area.
Follow company SOPs, policies, and service standards.

Requirements
Any Graduate.
Freshers can apply; 0–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer/MS Office knowledge.
Pleasant personality with a customer-focused attitude.
English + local language proficiency preferred.

Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000/month + applicable benefits
