The Role:

As an Events Coordinator, you will own the planning and execution of our live experiences. From coordinating logistics to troubleshooting in office, your work will ensure every event runs like a dream. If you are a proactive multitasker who loves to travel, this role is for you!

What You Will Do:
Manage end-to-end event production for tournaments, launches, and activations.
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams for seamless execution.
Oversee on-site setup, logistics, and technical requirements.
Plan budgets, track expenses, and ensure events stay on schedule and within budget.
Travel across cities to execute events.

Who You Are:
2+ years of experience in event management or operations.




A problem-solver with exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Comfortable with extensive travel and on-site event work.
Bonus: Experience in sports events or large-scale activations.
