Job Description: Site Supervisor (PMC)

Location: Andheri (reporting base); deployment across multiple project sites
Experience: 1–2+ years in site supervision (construction/PMC)
CTC: Up to ₹4.8 LPA

Role Summary
Supervise day-to-day execution at project sites on behalf of the PMC. Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and schedule.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise contractor activities at site and verify work against approved drawings and specifications
Monitor quality of civil works (RCC, masonry, plaster, waterproofing, flooring, finishing)
Check shuttering, reinforcement and pre-pour readiness before concreting
Maintain daily progress reports (DPR), manpower and material logs
Verify and record measurements for contractor RA bill support
Raise and track NCRs, snag lists and rectification
Coordinate with contractors, site engineers and the PMC project manager
Enforce site safety norms and PPE compliance




Report delays, drawing gaps and material issues promptly
Travel between sites as assigned

Requirements
Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Diploma holders with robust site exposure acceptable)
1–2+ years of site supervision experience, PMC or contractor side
Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings
Working knowledge of IS codes and site QA/QC practices
Basic MS Excel and MS Word skills; daily reporting ability
Willingness to travel across multiple sites
Own two-wheeler preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
