Gym Operations

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee

backend operations for gym branches. The role involves managing operational data,

coordinating with backend support teams, ensuring smooth execution of training and

reporting processes, and maintaining overall system efficiency across locations.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Coordination

 Coordinate meeting schedules and induction training calendars.

 Confirm trainee availability and onboarding timelines.

 Plan and organize monthly sales meetings.

Training & Development

 Ensure induction training sheets are updated by ASMs.

 Monitor and ensure all updates are reflected in training modules.

 Coordinate and support training sessions for newly hired ASMs.

 Regularly update and improve training modules and materials.

Tracking & Monitoring

 Maintain and update ASM task tracking sheets.

 Monitor ASM performance, daily activities, and productivity.

 Maintain updated records of branch allocations.

Reports & Evaluation

 Prepare and analyze audit reports.

 Conduct branch evaluations and performance reviews.

 Coordinate and assist in Floor Manager (FM) assessments.





 Create and manage ASM incentive sheets.

Meetings & Communication

 Update meeting presentations (PPTs) with latest data and changes.

 Ensure all creatives for monthly meetings are ready and aligned.

 Coordinate sharing and downloading of creatives within internal communities.

Creatives & Data Management

 Maintain and organize all creative sheets and marketing data.

 Ensure proper data management, accuracy, and regular updates.

 Coordinate with backend support teams for smooth data flow and issue resolution.

Key Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.

 3–6 years of experience in operations, preferably in fitness, retail, or multi-branch

settings.

 Robust knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and data management.

 Excellent coordination and communication skills.

 Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

 Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
