About the Role

Onroad is looking for a Performance Manager for its Malappuram Bodyshop. You will drive business growth through vehicle enhancement services, bodyshop customisation, accessories sales and marketing activities. The role focuses on improving vehicle functionality, appearance and driving experience through suitable accessories and approved upgrades, while building marketing strategies that increase customer reach, sales revenue and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities
Identify opportunities to improve vehicle performance, functionality and driving experience.
Recommend suitable vehicle upgrades, accessories and customisation solutions based on customer requirements.
Coordinate bodyshop customisation, accessories installation and approved vehicle enhancement activities.
Ensure quality installation, proper functionality and customer satisfaction.
Verify that all modifications comply with manufacturer guidelines, safety standards and applicable regulations.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote bodyshop services, vehicle customisation and accessories.
Drive accessories and customisation sales to meet revenue targets.
Track sales and performance,



and report on progress regularly.

Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in automobile body shop, accessories, vehicle customisation or automotive sales/marketing
Good knowledge of vehicle accessories, upgrades and customisation options
Understanding of manufacturer guidelines, safety standards and regulations for vehicle modifications
Strong communication and customer-handling skills
Sales and marketing mindset with the ability to plan and run promotions
Team coordination and leadership skills
Proficiency in Malayalam and English
Graduate or diploma in Automobile Engineering, Business or a related field (preferred)

Work Schedule

Full time, in office at Malappuram [9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 6 days a week]

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
