Guest Service Associate (GSA)
Salary: ₹19,000 per month
Senior Guest Service Associate (Senior GSA)
Salary: ₹20,000 per month
Brief Job Description:
Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and reception activities.
Assist with reservations, room allocation, billing, and guest enquiries.
Handle guest requests and coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments.
Maintain guest records and operate hotel PMS/software.
For Senior GSA: Support daily Front Office operations and assist in guiding junior team members.
