Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor VMC machines for precision machining operations.
Read and understand engineering drawings and machining instructions.
Perform machine setting, tool loading, tool offset adjustment, and workpiece clamping.
Operate CNC programs and make basic program corrections when required and authorized.
Check component dimensions using vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and other measuring instruments.
Maintain component quality as per specified tolerances.
Perform routine machine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
Identify machining defects and report machine or tool problems to the supervisor.
Pay: ₹20,100.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
