Job Description:
Assist in sourcing and recruitment activities to attract top talent.
Support employer branding initiatives to enhance company visibility.
Engage in shadowing HR processes to gain hands-on experience.
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
Manage and maintain HR data for accuracy and compliance.
Assist in streamlining HR processes to improve overall efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work collaboratively.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (preferred)
Job Types: Full time, Internship
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
