Key Responsibilities
Multi-Store Accounts Management
Maintain and verify daily sales reports from all stores.
Reconcile cash, UPI, card and online food delivery collections.
Verify store expenses, petty cash and supporting bills.
Monitor daily sales entries and identify discrepancies.
Store Audit & Verification
Conduct regular financial audits of multiple stores.
Verify cash balances, sales records, purchase bills and expenses.
Check food stock, wastage, consumption and inventory records in coordination with operations.
Identify cash shortages, billing errors and irregularities and report them to management.
Reconciliation & Reporting
Reconcile Petpooja POS sales with bank credits and payment gateway reports.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly store-wise MIS reports.
Track outstanding payments, vendor balances and collection records.
Support month-end closing and financial reporting.




Internal Control & Coordination
Coordinate with store managers, operations, purchase and accounts teams.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.
Follow up on discrepancies until resolution.
Assist in improving accounting systems and internal audit processes.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of accounting, reconciliation and auditing.
Working knowledge of MS Excel.
Experience with Petpooja POS or similar restaurant billing software preferred.
Ability to handle accounts for multiple stores simultaneously.
Valuable analytical, communication and reporting skills.
Willingness to travel to company stores for audits and verification.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
