Key Responsibilities
Process monthly payroll accurately and within deadlines.
Verify attendance, leave records, incentives, deductions, and reimbursements.
Coordinate with the finance team for salary disbursement and payroll reconciliation.
Resolve employee payroll-related queries promptly.
Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Labour Welfare Fund, and other applicable statutory regulations.
Maintain payroll documentation and statutory records for audits.
Required Skills
Robust knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
Positive understanding of labour laws and payroll regulations.
Experience
2–5 years of experience in payroll and HR operations.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
