Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC laser cutting machines efficiently and safely.
Read and understand technical drawings and cutting layouts.
Set up machines and adjust parameters based on material specifications.
Monitor cutting quality and ensure dimensional accuracy.
Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
Optimize material utilization to minimize wastage.
Follow production schedules and meet daily targets.
Maintain a clean and protected working environment.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience operating laser cutting machines.




Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Basic understanding of machine maintenance and quality inspection.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
ITI/Diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.
