Chāo is hiring a Senior Captain to lead our service team on the floor.

Responsibilities:
Lead and guide captains and service staff during service
Welcome guests, manage seating, and handle reservations
Take orders and recommend dishes, with solid knowledge of the menu
Coordinate with the kitchen for timely, accurate order flow
Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally
Maintain service standards, hygiene, and floor discipline

Requirements:
3+ years experience as Captain/Senior Captain in a restaurant, preferably Chinese or Asian cuisine
Solid communication and leadership skills
Comfortable with POS systems
English/Malayalam/Hindi fluency preferred
Well-groomed with a guest-first attitude
