Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant with hands-on experience in Tally, GST, and TDS. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling accounting transactions, supporting statutory compliance, and preparing financial reports.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions using Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
Handle GST calculations, reconciliations, and filing-related activities.
Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and compliance-related activities.
Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and supporting documents.
Perform bank reconciliation and monitor regular banking transactions.
Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
Reconcile vendor and customer accounts.
Assist in monthly, quarterly,



and annual financial reporting.
Ensure proper maintenance and filing of accounting records.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams when required.
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting and compliance activities.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
Mandatory hands-on knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.
Solid working knowledge of GST and TDS.
Valuable knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Valuable attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Positive communication and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
